1. CNC machined aluminum alloy shell - electroplated tin-cobalt alloy

Tin Cobalt Alloy and Cobalt have similar shades, but are softer and more popular. At present, most foreign countries use chromium instead. Cobalt barrel plating is not easy to barrel plating, while tin-cobalt alloy plating is suitable for barrel plating of small parts. In addition, the electroplated tin-cobalt alloy has excellent throwing ability and barrel plating ability, so it can be applied to workpieces with complex shapes. If a double layer of nickel is plated on the bottom layer, its corrosion resistance is not lower than that of chrome plating. To prevent discoloration of the surface, it should be immersed in chromate treatment, which can also improve its corrosion resistance.

It has a light rose appearance, feels very good, and has excellent corrosion resistance. A good glossy surface can be obtained if a tin-nickel alloy is plated on a glossy substrate or a glossy nickel-plated layer. If plating is performed on a rough surface (pear-shaped pattern), the original state of the surface may appear. The electroplating ability of the electroplating layer is very good, and there is almost no leveling effect, so it is suitable for electroplating very thin wires and rotary processed products.

2. Aluminum alloy CNC machining - copper tin alloy plating

The low-tin bronze finish of the aluminum alloy case is pink or gold with fine crystals. It has high corrosion resistance and good polishing performance. It is often used as a protective decorative nickel underlayer for industries such as light and handicrafts, machinery and instrumentation industries. The tin bronze coating is golden yellow and has good corrosion resistance. Mainly used as a base for decorative chrome plating. The hardness and air stability of aluminum alloy machining is higher than that of low tin bronze coatings.

However, due to the high tin content of the coating, after chrome plating, the bottom layer of the protective decorative coating is prone to blooming. This is the weak point of the medium tin bronze coating. The high tin bronze coating has a beautiful silver-white luster and good polishability, high hardness and wear resistance. Used in industrial design to replace silver or chrome to protect reflective equipment, instruments and decorative surface coatings for daily necessities.
