2. Choose a good release agent. The selected release agent should not generate gas during die-casting and have good release performance;
3. Ensure that the exhaust of the mold is unobstructed and not blocked, the exhaust is smooth, and the gas in the mold is completely discharged, especially the exhaust channel at the aluminum water polymerization must be unobstructed;
4. Adjust the die-casting parameters well, and the filling speed should not be too fast to prevent entrained air;
5. Attention should be paid to the use of core pulling and cooling in product design and mold design, so as to minimize the disadvantage of excessive wall difference;
6. For the air holes that often appear in fixed parts, the mold and design should be modified.
