Too tight clamping: Precision cnc machining often uses auxiliary tools to clamp products. Tool cutting: Due to the lack of rigidity of the product or the tool, affected by the cutting force, the product is thicker at the top and thinner at the bottom, which is called the phenomenon of tool giving. The way to deal with this phenomenon is to improve the sharpness of the blade and reduce the frictional resistance between the blade and the workpiece.
