Reasons for damage to the surface of the aluminum alloy shell:
1. Impurities attached to the surface of the ingot or composition segregation of the ingot. When there is a large amount of segregated floating matter on the surface of the ingot and the ingot is not homogenized or the homogenization effect is not good, there is a certain amount of hard metal particles in the ingot, and the metal flows through the belt during the processing and extrusion process. These segregated floating objects or hard metal particles adhere to the surface of the working belt or cause damage to the working belt, eventually causing scratches on the surface of the profile;
2. There are sundries in the mold cavity or the working belt, and the hardness of the mold working belt is low, which will damage the surface of the working belt and scratch the profile during extrusion;
3. There are bare metal or graphite strips and hard inclusions on the discharge track or swing bed, which will cause scratches on the surface of the profile when they come into contact with the profile;
4. When the fork rod is sent from the discharge rail to the swing bed, the profile is scratched due to excessive speed;
The solution to the surface damage of the aluminum alloy shell shared by the manufacturer:
1. Strengthen the quality control of ingot casting;
2. Improve the quality of molds, regularly nitriding molds, and strictly implement the nitriding process;
3. Use a soft felt to separate the profile from the auxiliary tool to minimize contact damage between the profile and the accessory;
4. Handle with care and try to avoid dragging or flipping the outline.
