CNC machining technology is an application technology formed with the emergence, continuous development and gradual improvement of CNC machine tools. The direct research objects are CNC equipment, CNC devices, control systems, CNC programs and preparation methods. CNC processing technology is derived from traditional processing technology. It combines traditional processing technology, computer numerical control technology, computer-aided design and auxiliary manufacturing technology.
When a programming master receives a NC programming task for a precision part or product, the main tasks include:
1. Carry out the feasibility study of CNC machining process according to the design drawings and related technical documents, and determine the machining method of CNC machining parts;
2. Select the type and specification of CNC machine tools;
3. Select the fixture and its supporting tools;
4. Select the tool and tool clamping system;
5. CNC machining plan and process planning;
6. Determine the processing area;
7. CNC processing technology content design;
8. Write CNC program;
9. NC program debugging and process verification;
10. Finalize all NC process documents and file all documents.
CNC programming can start from the understanding of design drawings to the coding of NC process.
Ordinary cnc processing technology is the basis of numerical control processing technology. Since the machining process is automatically controlled by computer, the CNC machining process has the following characteristics:
1. CNC processing technology is more complicated than ordinary mechanical processing
The CNC machining process needs to consider the process of machining parts, workpiece positioning and clamping methods, and also needs to select tools, establish process routes, cutting methods and process parameters, which can be simplified in conventional processes. The CNC machining process verified by debugging, verification and trial cutting process has a good performance in the practice of CNC machining, and can be used as a template for subsequent processing of similar parts, which can save time and ensure quality.
