1. The parting surface is smooth and has no sharp corners, no thin steel, wireless or point sealing glue. Generally, the parting surface is constructed according to the shape of the plastic part. The parting surface of the lamp mold has extremely high requirements, and the surface to be constructed is not allowed to wrinkle.

2. Design R angles for all non-formed corners to prevent stress cracking. The process R angle is not less than R5. According to the size of the mold, design a relatively large process R angle as much as possible.

3. Avoidance of the parting surface. The parting surface avoidance not only refers to the peripheral parting surface, but also includes the large-area parting surface. The width of the parting surface of the mold is 40MM, and the fixed and movable molds in the area other than the parting surface must avoid 1MM to effectively reduce the processing hours.

4. The parting surface should be smooth and flat, and the parting surface should be constructed with extension surface, grid surface and sweeping surface as much as possible. The sealing surface should be designed according to the tonnage of the injection molding machine and the size of the mold.
