First of all, in the inquiry stage, the customer will provide 2D/3D drawings, so we analyze whether the parts that the customer wants can be processed according to the drawings provided by the customer, which is called drawing customization. However, some points should be paid attention to when analyzing the drawings, such as whether it can meet the tolerance requirements, whether the structural design is reasonable, whether it can meet the post-processing requirements, and whether the material is special.

Secondly, in the processing stage, the first step is the material. For special materials or some materials that are difficult to buy, customers can actually provide them by themselves, and then we (as an aluminum alloy cnc processing factory) are only responsible for processing and post-processing. This method is called material customization.

Customers provide materials, which can save some troubles for processing plants and avoid the risk of buying fake materials. After all, few cnc processing factories will rack their brains to make profits in raw material procurement.

Finally, in the post-processing stage, the post-processing of aluminum alloy parts is common, but this does not mean that we can be very casual. For example, after most of the post-processing is completed, there will be a certain thickness, which will increase the size by a few millimeters.

For internal structural parts, fewer customers choose sandblasting, because sandblasting will increase the resistance of parts fitting, making assembly difficult. Therefore, the customer will choose the appropriate post-processing according to the actual parts, and we will try our best to meet the customer's requirements.

However, most customers currently require customized processing + post-processing customized services, and this model is already very suitable for domestic CNC processing plants.
