What should be paid attention to in CNC lathe processing:
It is a one-time clamping and continuous automatic processing to complete the entire turning process. The following factors should be paid attention to before manufacturing.
1. CNC lathe processing: CNC lathe cutting tool selection
The standard of the amount of cutting tool is the second element that affects the efficiency of production and processing. The relationship between the standard of cutting amount and the later damage of CNC tools is formed in a small area. However, the amount of cutting is large, the turning temperature rises, and the damage in the later stage is large. When turning at a small depth of cut, the turned material forms a hardened layer, which will also affect the average life of the CNC tool.
2. CNC lathe processing: Reasonable and effective use of CNC tools
For rough turning, CNC cutting tools with high strength and good wear resistance should be selected so as to meet the standards of large cutting capacity and large cutting capacity during rough turning. When finishing the car, CNC tools with high precision and good wear resistance should be selected to ensure the standard of machining accuracy. In order to reduce the time of tool change and facilitate tool setting, machine-clamped cutters and machine-clamped milling cutters should be used as much as possible.
3. CNC lathe processing: clear production and processing planning
Production and processing planning refers to the movement path and orientation of CNC tools relative to spare parts in CNC lathe processing technology. It should be able to ensure the machining accuracy and surface roughness standard; the production and processing planning should be reduced as much as possible, and the time of NC tool idle travel should be reduced.
At present, our customer fields mainly include: automobile industry and spare parts manufacturing, aerospace, mechanical processing and manufacturing, mining industry, medical equipment field, power station, catering industry, intelligent control, petrochemical industry, ship machinery, etc.
