1. Reasonable use of cnc processing tools, the processing of steel knives and copper knives should be strictly distinguished. The margin of the light knife should be reasonable, so that the finish of the workpiece and the service life of the tool will be better.
2. Before cnc machining, use a calibrator to check whether the tool swing is within the allowable tolerance range. Before processing, the cutter head and lock mouth should be blown clean with an air gun, or wiped with a cloth to install the cutter. Accuracy and quality have some impact.
3. Pay attention to the name and model of the cnc processed parts when clamping
As with the program table, is the material size matched, is the clamp height high enough, and the number of calipers used.
4. The CNC machining program table should be consistent with the direction of the reference angle indicated by the mold. Then check if the 3D drawing above is correct, especially for workpieces that have been handled with water. Be sure to see the 3D drawings and work flow. Is it consistent? If you are not clear, please feedback to the programmer in time or find a fitter to check the 2D drawings to see if the 2D and 3D reference angles are consistent.
5. The program list of CNC processing files should be standardized, including model, name, program name, processing content, tool size, feed rate, especially the safe length of the tool holder, the reserved margin of each program, and the light tool should clearly indicate R Faces and planes should be connected smoothly. It should be noted on the programme. The operator should increase the processing volume by 0.02~0.05MM during the processing. If you take a few knives, stop and see if it connects. , touch your hand to see if it is up, if not, put it down.
6. You must understand the content of the CNC machining program beforehand. The program must have a 2D or 3D drawing, and the six-sided data of "X length, Y width, and Z height" must be marked.
If there is a plane, the "Z" value should be marked. After processing by the operator, it is convenient to check whether the data is correct. If there is a tolerance, the tolerance data should be indicated.
7. The processing speed of the machine tool should be strictly controlled by the operator. F speed and S spindle speed should be adjusted appropriately. When the F speed is fast, the S spindle should accelerate. The feed rate has to be adjusted in different areas.
