1. Differences in processing methods:

The prototypes made are generally made of common materials such as ABS, PP, and acrylic, but the vacuum lamination does not interfere with ABS, PP, and acrylic materials.

3. The difference in processing time:

Vacuum lamination can be replicated after making a silicone mold. Generally, a silicone mold can produce about 10 products, which is much faster than CNC processing.

4. Accuracy difference:

The precision of CNC machining is much higher than that of vacuum lamination. (Composite molded products need to be vacuumed, so the size of the product will shrink to a certain extent)

5. Differences in surface treatment:

The surface treatment of the prototype model is like spraying oil. Generally, the prototype made by CNC can be sprayed with oil and then put in the oven to dry, while the prototype produced by vacuum lamination can only be air-dried naturally.
