2. Tool selection, sequential tool selection, mainly place the tools in the tool holder according to the order of the process. When using, take the tools one by one according to the order of placement, and put them back into the original tool holder after use. Or we can choose the tool at will, but we need to code each tool holder in the tool magazine, put the tools corresponding to the tool holder code into the designated tool holder one by one, and use the address T to indicate the tool holder code where the tool is located during programming.
3. Tool change. Under normal circumstances, the tools on the spindle and the tools to be replaced in the tool magazine are optional tool holders, and the tools to be replaced are fixed tool holders. Tool magazines are generally divided into three types, disc type, hat type and chain type. The number of tools required can be determined based on the process analysis results of the workpiece being processed. The capacity of the tool magazine is usually determined by the number of tools required for one part in one clamping.
