However, doing so will cause burrs to appear on the inlet and outlet of the flow channel and on the edge of the blade. Therefore, the tool must have sufficient rigidity, chip removal space and appropriate sharpness.

2. The blades are severely twisted and have an obvious tendency to lean back. The processing difficulty of this is relatively high. It is recommended to process the curved surface in sections to reduce the severity of processing distortion.

3. In high-speed operation, in order to prevent vibration and reduce noise, it is necessary to promptly increase the requirements for machine tools and cutting tools. However, the requirements for cutting tools are relatively high, so the difficulty of this problem is relatively high.
