You can use the driving method related to the driving surface (Relative to Drive), and pay attention to reasonable settings Inclination angle and machining allowance. In addition, it is also necessary to reasonably set the engagement and retraction knives (Engage and Retract) according to the geometric characteristics of the impeller to effectively avoid overcutting and interference collisions.
⑵The processing space of adjacent blades of the entire impeller is small and radial. As the radius decreases, the channel becomes narrower. Therefore, when processing the impeller blade curved surface, in addition to the easy interference between the cutting tool and the processed blade, the tool handle is also easy to interfere with adjacent blades.
⑶ The thickness of the blades of the entire impeller is mostly thin, and serious elastic-plastic deformation is prone to occur during the processing process.
