Rational selection of milling tools in blisk processing

1. Structural selection. 2. Tool type selection. During the process, the processing area between the blades is narrow, the movable range of the tool is small, and the processing area constraints are complex. Because the blade is longer, the aspect ratio of the tool is increased, and the deformation and vibration problems caused by processing stress are difficult to solve, seriously affecting the processing efficiency and surface quality.

3. The selection of tool parameters, due to the restriction of the channel, requires the tool diameter to be small and the tool shank to be long, which will produce vibration when subjected to cutting force. When the length of the tool is short and the tool's rigidity is strong, the tool works in the stiffness control zone.
