1. Reasonable use of cnc machining tools, the processing of steel knives and copper knives should be strictly distinguished. The remaining amount of the light knife should be reasonable, so that the finish of the workpiece and the service life of the tool will be better.
2. Use a calibrator to check whether the tool swing is within the allowable tolerance range. Before processing, the cutter head and lock nozzle should be blown clean with an air gun, or wiped with a cloth before installing the cutter. Accuracy and quality have some impact.
3. When clamping, pay attention to see that the name and model of the cnc processed parts are the same as the program list, whether the material size matches, whether the clamping height is high enough, and the number of calipers used.
4. The cnc machining program table for high-precision parts should be consistent with the direction of the reference angle indicated by the mold. Then check whether the above 3D drawing is correct, especially the workpiece that has been transported with water. Be sure to see the 3D drawing and workpiece flow. Is it consistent? If there is anything unclear, please feedback to the programmer in time or find a master fitter to check the 2D drawings to see if the reference angles of 2D and 3D are consistent.
5. The program list of cnc processing files for high-precision parts should be standardized, including model, name, program name, processing content, tool size, feed rate, especially the safe length of the tool holder, the margin reserved for each program, and the light tool should be clear It shows that the R surface and the plane should be connected smoothly. It should be noted on the programme. During processing, the operator should increase the processing by 0.02~0.05MM. If you take a few knives, stop and see if it's connected. Feel it with your hand to see if it is up, if not, put it down.
6. Before processing, you must understand the content of the CNC machining program for high-precision parts. The program must have 2D or 3D drawings, and the six-sided data of "X length, Y width, and Z height" must be marked. If there is a plane, the "Z" value should be marked . After processing by the operator, it is convenient to check whether the data is correct. If there is a tolerance, the tolerance data should be indicated.
7. The processing speed of the machine tool should be strictly controlled by the operator. F speed and S spindle speed should be adjusted reasonably. When the F speed is fast, the S spindle should be accelerated. The feed rate has to be adjusted in different areas. After processing, check that there is no problem with the quality, then you can get off the machine and do a perfect processing.
