CNC machine tool processing is a very important processing mode in our production industry. This processing industry occupies a very important part in the market. It is specially designed to process some curved surface parts that are relatively difficult to process. To a certain extent so that it can be reasonably matched with the ontology. This technology is mainly used in the aerospace, aviation and military fields and has a certain degree of authority. Under normal circumstances, five-axis linkage CNC machining can process different sides of the workpiece without changing the position of the workpiece on the machine tool, which can greatly improve the processing efficiency of prismatic parts. The processing steps of measuring coaxiality with a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine are a method we often use during the processing process. However, sometimes the measurement results have large errors and poor repeatability. To a certain extent, this is also the case. It cannot truly reflect the true coaxiality error of the part. So how can we reduce the coaxiality error? Next, let me briefly introduce it to you.
1. Establish a common axis as the reference axis. In general, we can use the method of establishing a common axis as the reference axis. This method compares the actual use of crystals with the evaluation results. The specific operation is to measure the mid-section on the reference cylinder and the measured cylinder, then calculate the coaxiality of the reference cylinder and the measured cylinder with respect to the common axis, and then take the difference.
2. Increase the distance between the reference sections. I wonder if you have ever thought about it. If you increase the distance between the first section and the second section, the proportion of error interference will be reduced accordingly. If the datum is long enough and the datum section is adjacent to the inspected section, the error caused can be so small that it can be ignored.
3. Use straightness approximation to replace coaxiality. Using a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to measure coaxiality is a good choice. However, axis offset has a greater impact on workpiece assembly. Measuring axis offset is actually measuring the straightness of the axis connection. The method works better and a comprehensive rubric can be easily produced to verify the accuracy of the method.
